3 Things You MUST Know Before You Do An Enema

3 Things You MUST Know Before You Do An Enema

If you’re constipated or if you’re really sick and things just aren’t moving, doing an enema can help you in ways that you can’t even possibly imagine.

[thrive_leads id=’13473′]

Let me tell you about the first time I ever had an enema.

I was a young teenager and so sick with the flu, it felt like I was dying. Now, that didn’t happen very often.

But on this occasion, my mother took me into the bathroom, asked me to take down my pants and bend over. Then she stuck this thing up my bum and gave me an enema.

Having my mother stick something up my butt was probably THE WORST experience I’ve ever had! I remember running to the toilet and loads of stuff just started coming out. I’ll never forget it.

Right afterwards, it was like, “Wow.” The pressure in my head, my fever, and the pains in my body all seemed to almost immediately go away.

1. The benefits of doing an enema

Basically, a lot of people get backed up digestively. Especially with the Western diet.

When you’re full of shit and things aren’t moving, an excess of toxic crap accumulates in your digestive system, which then puts stress on your liver.

All this excess toxicity then goes into your other organs as your body tries to get rid of it. Mucus builds up in your lungs, your immune system becomes compromised and often, people get the flu or other illnesses/viruses because their body is struggling to cope.

What’s the difference between a colonic and an enema?

The difference is, a colonic involves going to a clinic and having someone administer it for you using a lot of water. It can be super beneficial, but a lot of people are a little bit squeamish about having somebody else shove something up their butt, so you can actually do it yourself.

We have an Enema Kit, which you can purchase online. It holds around two to three litres of fluid and there are some recipes that come with it.

There’s a little plastic nozzle that’s even smaller than my pinky, and that’s what you put up your bum. Use some coconut oil or some type of natural lubricant. Once it’s up your bum, you release a flow control clamp which allows water to flow into the colon. It flushes everything out. A lot of bad bacteria and things are going on up there, so getting them out can help you to feel better almost immediately.

2. How to do an enema at home and what to put in them

First things first, use warm or close-to-hot (not hot-hot) filtered water. You need to be able to comfortably submerge your hand. Because if it’s too hot and it burns your hand, it’s going to burn your bumhole. You don’t want to do that.

Coldwater isn’t all that effective and it’ll probably come out a little soon. Warmer water helps break up plaque or crap that’s stuck and carry it out of your body.

In terms of what to put in the water, there’s a range of recipes we include in the instructions.

Wheatgrass is a great option because it contains almost every nutrient you can possibly imagine. Especially if you’re sick, by cleaning your clacker and supporting it with wheatgrass, your body’s going to uptake a lot of that nutrition immediately.

Most people, including myself, typically use a little bit of salt because it helps us to hydrate and also kills bad bacteria. I’ll use one tablespoon of sea salt dissolved in one litre of filtered water. You could even just use ocean water if you wanted to! (As long as it wasn’t a polluted source). It would be the perfect amount of salt for really flushing out the digestive system.

There’s also something called Gerson Therapy. Gerson Therapy is a quite successful therapy that literally thousands of people have been using for the last 30+ years (probably longer than that) for various forms of cancer. You guys look into that yourself, but it’s been very effective for colon cancer, liver cancer, etc. One of Gerson’s major protocols was to brew organic coffee and use that in an enema.

I’ve been running a clinical fasting program in Bali for seven years with a doctor from the United States. I’ve had people with colon cancer, liver colon cancer, many different forms of dis-ease, and it’s been quite effective. It’s an amazing technique.

Use two tablespoons of organic coffee grounds, boil it for five minutes, allow it to cool, and then you can add that to the enema kit. When you take in coffee through the backside, it stimulates the liver to dump bile acids.

Whenever the liver dumps out these bile acids, it literally grabs all the extra toxins and fats and cholesterol and things that are stuck in the liver and the gallbladder and it injects it out into the small intestine, and then these things can start to come out, as well. Especially for people with liver cancer, it’s absolutely fantastic.

Basically, after inserting the nozzle, you allow the water to flow into your colon and then when you feel the need to evacuate your bowels, you head to the toilet and let nature do its thing.

3. The safety of home enemas

Hands down, enemas should be absolutely safe and an amazing process. Just use a bit of common sense. Be gentle when you insert the little nozzle, go for filtered water and make sure the water is not too hot to submerge your hand or elbow in.

Enemas date all the way back to ancient Egypt, not to mention many different cultures. Hippocrates spent seven years in Egypt learning from the physicians, then brought these practices back to Greece, and they then slowly spread around the world.

The ancient Egyptians also had very specific recipes using certain essential oils. It’s going to take me way too long to explain what that is. But basically, it’s a four-day process of doing very specific things that cleans your colon more than anything I’ve ever seen. It strips it of all kinds of plaque. People tend to see parasites coming out, deep levels of sandy-looking stuff and all kinds of things!

Maybe if I get enough requests, I’ll make a separate video just about the ancient Egyptian technique and what they used. 😉

At the end of the day, if you ever get to the point where it’s starting to hurt a little bit or you’re not inserting it correctly, listen to your body. It’s usually simple things where people run into problems. At any point where you feel like there’s pain or something going on, you can just stop and wait a few days until you try it again.

Plus something for the ladies… 😉

The Enema Kit also comes with another attachment for a vaginal douche.

Ladies, if you ever get a urinary tract infection, put about half a cup of apple cider vinegar in warm water and administer a douche to clean everything out. It will balance the pH of your bits and help to get rid of urinary tract infections.

Apple cider vinegar is also spermicidal, so if a man and a woman were playing and oops, accidentally got a little bit of that stuff in there, she can actually go use apple cider vinegar in the douche to kill the sperm and (hopefully) not get pregnant!

Why would I personally do an enema?

I have a really good digestive system from fasting and colon cleansing and using these types of tools for so many years, so when I do give myself one, there are generally two main reasons:

  1. If I was constipated or starting to feel sick; or
  2. I’m fasting and want to support my body’s detoxification process.

Otherwise, I don’t do them every day, and unless you’re replenishing your colon with good bacteria, I wouldn’t recommend you to do one every day either.

So, I hope that’s helped you guys learn a little bit about enemas. 🙂

Grab your very own Enema Kit and clean your clacker. You might just be surprised what you’ve been holding onto!
