I Share Everything You Need To Know About Health

It might sound simple but if you are like me I needed to learn how & what to eat when I first looked at improving my health. After all, like so many others, I grew up on a SAD diet (Standard American Diet or “Western Diet”), which is mostly based on convenience foods, not nutritious foods.

But what I also didn’t realise was there is so much more to being ‘healthy’ than just eating and exercising.

I didn’t know that certain personal care products were damaging to my health.

Have you ever thought about how metal utensils affect your health? And that maybe there is a more natural way to eat your food?

And you think ‘sure, I’ll eat healthier’…one of the top tips I share is don’t just look at what you eat, but also WHEN you eat.

That’s right, just changing when you eat can radically affect your health. In a 24 hour period, our digestive system goes through three cycles. So timing our meals to best benefit and work with these cycles can make a big difference. I go into more detail in another one of my blogs….

I love explaining how nature provides us with everything we need… Did you know that when food looks like a certain body part it’s a big clue about what it is good for? This is known as the Doctrine of Signatures. I’ve got loads of articles on individual foods from celery to sweet potato with their corresponding benefits to organs and systems.
