7 Steps To Fast Track Your Health

I know sometimes it seems really confusing to be healthy. That’s why I aim to offer simple practical advice that’s based on what’s worked for people for thousands of years.

I’ve studied what made ancient cultures THRIVE and have taken the best bits to experiment with, then share with you.

So let’s keep it simple here.

Disease is caused by 2 main reasons:

  • Toxicity – This refers to toxicity in both your inner and outer environments. When we started cleaning up our towns, the spread of diseases dropped dramatically. The same goes for your insides, if your cells are swimming in crap, then they are not going to be happy, are they?
  • Nutritional Deficiency – Processed foods are low in minerals and vitamins. Your body requires minerals and vitamins for fuel and vibrancy. So if you eat junk then your body ends up ‘robbing’ vitamins and minerals from your bones and other organs to do the job. This creates the perfect condition for disease to set in.

I think the biggest issue is that we were never actually taught this back in school.

Instead, we were instilled habits, such as not being able to go to the toilet during class, which lead to ‘holding on’ (hello chronic constipation setting in) or not drinking enough water for fear of peeing our pants. So even from a young age, these habits were forming which has affected us as adults.

And because everyone around us was always eating Twisties, chocolate teddies, sweets, coca cola, cordial, and corporations being very clever with their marketing, we never thought to question what we were putting into our bodies.

What has this led us to? Overeating and under-nourishment. As a society we are growing more obese, and statically 1 in 2 people will likely develop either diabetes or cancer according to the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare.

But don’t worry, because addressing toxicity and deficiency is easier than you think.

That’s exactly what the ‘7 Steps To Fast-Track Your Health’ plan does for you.

Start today and all of this can be achieved in under a month! However, in my opinion the body truly needs 60 – 90 days to fully heal, rejuvenate and replenish itself, given you follow what I say.

So here are the ‘7 Steps’:

STEP 1: REMOVE TOXICITY

Firstly, toxicity is everywhere in our environment today and for the majority of the population we are unaware of the impact this is having on our bodies and health.

For instance, many people, totally unaware, actually store metal toxins in their body tissues because of the heavy metals everywhere in our environment: from mercury fillings to fish; to residues in metal cooking pans and utensils.

As a result, a host of nervous and neurological disorders have been linked to heavy metals, from common anxiety and depression to debilitating multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, and Alzheimer’s disease.

And this is only scratching the surface.

Foods with plastic packaging and containing ingredients with numbers are infused in the snacks we eat and are slowly poisoning you in conjunction with all the chemicals, preservatives, artificial sweeteners and additives it contains.

These are things like your Twisties, pop tarts, peanut butter, jellies, mars bars. All of this really isn’t food and is filled with ingredients that are processed and toxic for your body.

Then there is also what you are putting on your skin. Be aware of chemical-laden shampoos or conditioners, deodorants, soaps, moisturizers – all filled with toxic ingredients for the purpose of corporations mass producing to make a profit – not designed for real health. My motto is if you can’t eat it then don’t put it on your skin.

Begin immediately in removing these kinds of things from your outside environment and then turn inward to begin cleaning your “inside” environment (steps to come).

STEP 2: DRINK MORE WATER

It’s recommended you drink 1 litre of water per 22 kg of body weight per day. For most of us, that means around 3-4 litres of water a day!

A major part of disease is connected to the fact that we as a society are not drinking enough water and instead are drinking things like Coca Cola and Pepsi. And even if we are drinking water, we are not nearly having enough as what we should be having. Because of this, it doesn’t allow the body to optimally detox itself every day. How much water do you drink a day?

Often we mistake thirst for hunger, so once you’re properly hydrated you’ll probably feel like eating less too. We go more into all the AMAZING benefits of water in my free Detox & Nourish program.

Make this easy by buying a 1 litre glass water bottle, and carry it with you everywhere. 🙂

It’s super important that you add a pinch of pink Himalayan mineral salt occasionally to each litre (this will help you hydrate faster, but make sure you use mineral salt, NEVER table salt).

STEP 3: CLEAN OUT YOUR COLON

Having a backed up colon is the number #1 cause for most disease.

If you are not going to the toilet after every meal (usually 45 mins – 1 hour after eating), it means that you are suffering from constipation to some extent.

And how many years have you been like that?

Every time you don’t poop after a meal that means your colon is getting more and more backed up.

Which also means that every other system in your body is backed up, and your internal organs are being marinated in toxins. Yep, gross.

I highly recommend 2 things:

What I suggest for optimal results, is whilst doing my colon cleanse, organise for yourself to go have a professional colonic hydrotherapy whilst on day 2 or 3 of your colon cleanse.

Why would you do both together?

Well, the colon cleanse is full of fibres and clays that together act like a scrubbing brush for your insides. But if you’re backed up it might be hard to pass through.

Colonic hydrotherapy will help pull out all the fibres and clays that have been absorbing toxins along the way, leaving you feeling a whole lot more cleaner and lighter.

You know how you feel after a good poo? Well, this is like 100 times better!!

P.S. Depending on how ‘backed up” you are, you may need to organise a colonic 2-3 times perhaps as well as doing a colon cleanse over 8 days instead of 4.

The whole aim will be to clean out and remove all the old poop, mucoid plaque and parasites, that have likely been sitting inside your colon for many many years. This is what breeds disease within you and is creating all sorts of illnesses in your life.

The reason why we are so unaware of the impact of our colon health is because of how taboo it is for people. Toilet talk has traditionally been a pretty private topic. However, it makes sense that the tubes in our body would get blocked, especially if we were putting the wrong sort of things down them over a long period of time.

STEP 4: FASTING…from eating, that is 😉

Yep, you heard right! We are so conditioned that eating 3 meals a day is normal, but our bodies are not designed to eat this way!

Just like you take your car for a service, you should regularly allow your body to take a break from digesting food and rest.

Digestion takes up a LOT of energy, so when we take a break our body has extra energy to heal and repair.

A juice fast floods your body with vitamins, minerals and nutrients – without taking energy to digest – it’s a win-win!

I know I’m really asking you to open your mind here, but seriously, this is the FASTEST way (pun intended) to get your health back on track… and it’s not as hard as you think.

STEP 5: EAT WHOLEFOODS

Of course, when I say eat wholefoods, I am referring to increasing the amount of plants that you eat on a daily basis including fruits, nuts, seeds, grains and roots. It is all about creating an eating plan that is high in whole foods that are plant-based, and transitioning into a more plant-based diet. And there are many reasons for this which we will get into later.

One thing that I offer, and is I think one of the greatest discoveries ever in terms of nutrition, is the sacred meal of Pulse. It’s the most perfect food ever. STEP 6: LOVE, MOVEMENT + PASSION

Many people I meet think they’re healthy because they just exercise or because they are a vegetarian.

Health is so much more than food and exercise. Don’t get me wrong, it certainly is part of it, however there is so much more. Having fun, enjoying yourself, doing what you love, being passionate about life and having loving positive relationships – all of these are HUGE contributing factors to one’s health and vitality.

Incorporating the 7 Principles for Health will help you to lead a healthy and vibrant lifestyle.

STEP 7: PRAXIS

This is a Latin word, which means ‘to practice’.

We are only as healthy as our last meal, meaning, you gotta keep it up!

Establish a routine of healthy eating, exercise, fun, passion and regular cleansing and fasting. Feel the difference, and use that feeling to motivate and inspire yourself to keep it up.

Our health is an evolving journey. Every day you can become healthier, more vibrant, more youthful. Every day your life can feel more amazing and joyful.

This is what I call divine health, where you’re at a level of health where you know and feel that you can do anything! And you live and breathe it every moment.

P.S. If you are serious about achieving optimal results and you are really a “go-getter”, then here is what I suggest. Please feel free to follow this plan and tweak it to what you feel comfortable starting off with.

Phase 1 – Juice fast for 7-14 days or even longer.

Phase 2 – Do a 4 day colon cleanse with at least 1 colonic – Order now!

Phase 3 – Then do a few days just on Pulse Raw Food – Order now!

It is good to begin with a colon cleanse, however doing a colon cleanse after your fast is also extremely effective. Either way works fine, but you might want to test that out for yourself sometime.

Either way, you ideally want to be challenging yourself and giving either of the 3 phases above a go. This is generally how I would mix it up for myself throughout the year. However, doing all 3 right after each other, you will have some major shifts in how your feeling, your clarity, your energy, healing and so much more.

Having a plan is the best way to keep you motivated, clear and focused to achieve your goals. If you stick to this, let’s say over the next 30 days, you will see and feel the results.

From my experience, this is the absolute best way that you can quickly achieve a state of optimal health, where you’re really thriving, and that is just the beginning of this beautiful journey. Once you open the door to this, it is incredible what you will discover about yourself.
