To What Heights Are You Willing To Challenge Yourself?

Today I want to ask you this: “To what heights are you willing to challenge yourself?”

I think that a lot of us go through our daily lives not really thinking about how we can grow. In fact, we often consider the opposite, “How can I make everything a little bit more comfortable?” How can I “just” get through life and be comfortable and healthy and survive? How can I just take care of my family and do as little as possible and still have a good life?

Challenge Yourself To Be A Better Person

As human beings we are capable of so much when we really apply ourselves. We all have so many hidden talents and reserves of power we are not aware of it. When we choose to dig deep and ignite our inner strength, amazing things start happening and our lives change.

So I think it’s important for all of us to regularly ask ourselves questions like: “To what heights could I actually go to in my life?, What could I achieve if I really put my mind to something?”

Ask yourself these questions in all aspects of your life. Don’t stick just to what is already going well (we often do this, don’t we?). For example, you could start to see where you could challenge yourself to grow in relationships. Set yourself the goal to make people feel they just love being around you. Even when you start asking yourself these kinds of questions, and envisaging an ideal scenario, notice how good it feels.

What Heights Can You Reach?

I want you to ask yourself these questions now.

  • To what heights can I go financially by adding a service to the world or creating something and building an empire?
  • To what heights can I go physically by building muscle, stretching, running, jumping, skiing, etc?
  • Whatever it is, to what heights can I achieve?

Then, take a moment to consider the following:

  • How far could I go in setting new goals?
  • What would it be like to be the best of the best physically, financially, and in my social relationships? What would that look like?
  • What are the action steps that I could put into place now to achieve those things?
  • What would my daily life have to look like?

Take Initiative To Shine And Make Your Dreams Come True

It’s really an amazing thing to ask yourself questions because answers will start coming by themselves, and you’ll get valuable insights. You might start to get some really fascinating ideas about the ways you can achieve things or the actions you should take that have never occurred to you before.

And if you start to implement some of these habits daily, working step by step towards the goals you have set, then every day will be a day closer to your dreams coming true.

I know I feel so much more alive when I start thinking how I can take action to be closer to my goals. I feel so much better about myself.  I believe you are also going to feel much better about yourself and feel like you are growing, instead of decaying.

So, ask yourself these questions, give them the time they deserve and see what comes up.
