Sarah empowers motivated individuals with holistic healing knowledge that can be applied to benefit the whole family live happy healthy lives.
After trying many modalities of healing to help balance hormones and manage PCOS, Sarah discovered the Tolman Method and has never looked back. The difference in energy levels, emotional awareness and mental clarity amazed her as she thought she lived a relatively healthy lifestyle previously with a background as a Clinical Dietitian.
She has personally overcome PCOS and is a grateful Mum of three gorgeous boys (one, two and four years old). Sarah is fascinated with the body’s ability to show us through our eyes where extra care and attention is needed and to heal with simple sustainable lifestyle habits including detoxification protocols. This became especially significant after her Mum passed away from breast cancer. Now on a preventative pathway Sarah is passionate about sharing the wisdom she has learned so others can experience the same vitality. Special interest areas include digestive health, hormone balance and cancer prevention and treatment.
Change can be daunting but Sarah has the skills to keep her clients accountable and consistent throughout the process of redesigning a new identity on the right track to living their best lives.
