Saxon is a Fasting and Detoxification Specialist who has dedicated the last 4 years of his life to not just educating himself on the best ways to heal the body but also applying these practices himself.
In 2018, Saxon completed a 40 day fast that was split into 20 days of water and 20 days of fruit and vegetable juice. During this journey, Saxon discovered a passion for understanding the human body and its healing potential. This has been the driving force behind him wanting to help people on their own healing journey and to becoming a Tolman Health Coach.
Saxon has been a personal trainer for over 10 years and has a comprehensive understanding of how to build a strong and muscularly balanced body. This, combined with his knowledge of detoxification, has allowed Saxon to successfully assist clients rebuild properly after extended fasting protocols, helping them to both feel and look their best!
