I often get asked about treatments for Irritable Bowel Syndrome and Crohn’s Disease.

But you know what? I would prefer you don’t treat or manage it.

I would prefer you actually cure the disease and therefore your health moving forward. 

How does that sound?

I’ve had a lot of personal experience working with individuals who’ve had Crohn’s Disease that through following my advice have absolutely cured themselves. Similarly, I have had multiple men and women with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) that have come to my programs or my free talks and after doing the things I’ve suggested they no longer have IBS.

Generally, it takes years for someone’s digestive system to get into a poor state of health. Either through poor eating habits or from the things that get put into our foods such as heavy metals, fluoride and pesticides.

Over time all of this accumulates in the body and your digestive system gets to a level of irritation if you keep eating it. It gets to a state where it’s so irritated it becomes chronic and you can feel it.

Anytime there is a digestive system dis-ease what you need to do is detox the digestive system. Clean it out and give it time to heal. Once you’re done letting it heal then move into a lifestyle that is more supportive for a healthy digestive system.

Digestive Health 101 - Where to Start to Heal Your Gut

Start by eating a diet of fresh raw food for about a week.

I’m talking about fresh salads and fruits like apples, oranges, mangoes, papayas foods that are easily digestible and contain the fibres that clean out the digestive system. These foods have soluble and insoluble fibres that work like brushes on your digestive system. Psyllium husks and chia seeds are great sources of fibres to get things moving in your digestive tract.

This fresh food diet is a way to begin to get things moving, then you are ready to begin a 4 day Colon Cleanse.

This is a specially formulated recipe proven to be super effective at thoroughly cleaning out years of gunk from your insides. Basically, all you need to do is take 1-2 tablespoons of it every couple of hours with a lot of water. You eat it like porridge and after four days of regularly consuming it, it moves through your entire digestive system and cleans it out.

The first time you do it, it probably cleanses a little bit. The second time you do it, a little bit more. The third time you do it, it’s going to clean you out a LOT!

This is because each time it’s slowly getting rid of the plaque and accumulation of build-up within the digestive system, from the small intestine all the way through to the colon.

Fasting is the Ultimate Healer for All Digestive Issues

Fasting is the most regenerative thing you can possibly do to let your body heal itself. Trust me, your body knows what it needs to do to get back to the homeostasis of pure divine health. You just need to allow it a break from food and it will take care of the healing.

So after eating fresh raw food for a week and doing a 4 Day Colon Cleanse you are ready to begin fasting.

This fast should probably consist of 14 to 21 days on juices.

I believe if you do 21 days on juices you’ll have enough time for your body to really heal itself. Some people may require 30, 40, 50 or even 60 days to really allow healing on the level that they need. Not everyone needs to go that long but if you’re in a state of really chronic disease maybe you do.

There are people who have done this like Joe Cross for example. He did 60 days on juice, lost a ton of weight and healed himself from the chronic diseases he was dealing with.

Digestive Health for Life!

After going through the process of 21 days healing on juice, I recommend eating a fresh raw food diet for at least a week and then do another 4 Day Colon Cleanse.

For optimal digestive health, I’d actually recommend a 4 Day Colon Cleanse every month for the rest of your life (unless you really change your lifestyle and you’re eating fresh food and you’re really doing good then you don’t need to).

The ancient Egyptian cultures specifically used to spend 3 to 4 days every month performing digestive and bowel cleansing. They used colonics and specific mixes of seeds and clays (which is the basis of my 4 Day Colon Cleanse recipe).

This healing process may take 3 months, 6 months, or a year. But to give some perspective, you’ve probably been told that you’ll have this digestive dis-ease for the rest of your life. So what’s a few months to fix it? It’s worth it!

It’s totally worth changing your lifestyle and doing the work to clean out your body so you can be back at 100 percent optimal health once again.
