Sleep Apnea | Can It Be Healed?

Today I am going to talk about sleep apnea and the different ways of eliminating it!

You might be wondering what sleep apnea is, and the ironic part is that you probably know somebody who has it! Sleep apnea is a potentially serious sleep disorder in which breathing stops and starts during sleep. Yes, you read that right: you can stop breathing!

Classic symptoms of sleep apnea include snoring and exhaustion, even after a full night’s sleep. Another common symptom is a grumpy partner who’s kept up all night because of it!

Over the years I’ve had many people with sleep apnea and even snoring issues on my retreats. Literally, after 7 days of fasting on juices and 8 days on water, no snoring whatsoever. They are sleeping fine … like a baby. Absolutely fantastic!

All Blocked Up

Like many conditions, I personally believe that sleep apnea is caused by a blockage that’s happening within the digestive system. When the digestive system gets blocked, it puts excess stress on the liver, which has knock effects to the lungs and sinuses. Mucus builds up to clean out all the toxicity through the lungs and nasal passages.

Before looking at getting a sleep machine, taking pills or anything else I would recommend you do an extended fast.

Get inspired by watching some documentaries on how life-changing fasts can be to your health. Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead and Eat, Fast and Live Longer are great options!

There is so much free information out there. You’ve got nothing to lose, except your health problems.

Unblock Your Digestive System

Detoxing your colon is a great place to start even before a juice cleanse. I’ve formulated a 4 Day Colon Cleanse (disclaimer this isn’t free!) which is designed to strip plaque and get rid of everything that is blocking up your digestive system.

If you then did 14 to 21 days on a juice fast, I truly believe you’ll be lighter, brighter, super clear, your digestive system will be clean, and sleep apnea will be gone.

If you’re overweight you might need to go longer on the fast. Look at ‘Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead’ that guy did 60 days on juices! And he was travelling all over the United States during his fast which is not so easy. Topical Treatments

Here is a recipe for a simple nasal spray you can make at home to clear out your nasal passages. Eucalyptus, colloidal silver, and salt, easy!

Buy one of those nasal sprayers from a store, dump out the contents and fill with colloidal silver and a pinch of good quality celtic or pink himalayan salt. Optional is a drop or a couple of drops of eucalyptus. When you spray that up to your nose, it will clear out bad bacteria, viruses, and whatever junk that’s going on up there.

A really hot bath with Epsom salt, eucalyptus, and menthol will also help clear the passages.

Skin cleaning, brushing your skin, opening up the skin, getting everything moving and working optimally will also help detox the body.

Lots of options here, but the most important one I’d recommend is to do an extended fast. A clean body is a surefire way to unblock your nose and be sleeping better in no time.
