Sharon has been passionate about health and well-being for a long time and was first introduced to Tyler Tolman whilst studying Nutritional Medicine in 2011. The simplistic message of following 7 principles of health, incorporating a chemical free home and consuming a simple plant-based wholefoods diet resonated with Sharon and her young family.
Sharon had already experienced the trauma of being hospitalised at 34 weeks gestation with her second child, with a life-threatening respiratory illness. When this beautiful infant arrived safely into the world, Sharon also quickly attained the ‘family degree’ in food intolerances, allergies and sensitivities with her daughter. And so her journey in gut dysbiosis began.
Learning how to heal a compromised gut and improve overall health helped Sharon understand more about the value of eating real food and our innate capacity to heal using ‘Food as Medicine’. Having been previously diagnosed and struggling with PCOS, whilst also experiencing a lifetime of low-grade and constant pain from congenital fusion in vertebrae in her lower back; Sharon soon realised that these issues had also resolved themselves by following the Tolman Methodology and 7 principles of Health. To be pain free from a back issue that was supposed to be a burden for the rest of her life, it became obvious to Sharon that inflammation is overlooked drastically when we experience chronic pain or disease.
Sharon continues her studies in Integrated Iridology with Australian IIPA Instructor, Toni Miller. Having worked with Quantum Lifestyle Coach Dr Espen Hjalmby and completing her Breathwork training with Coach Trey Williams, Sharon herself believes that having mentors and accountability coaches is transformational in physical and emotional healing.
Because to heal the world, you must start with yourself.
