After enduring years of being told that my health issues were merely stress-related and witnessing conventional approaches fall short, I discovered the Tolman method and the 7 Principles of Health. This revelation led to the identification of underlying heart issues (where they discovered I only had 20% blood flow to the right side of my heart), thyroid (Hashimoto’s), and gut issues. Embracing this new methodology both pre and post-surgery alongside the medical community, I integrated guided meditation, DNA Key meditation, and Breathwork into my healing journey. Combining emotional and physical healing in a supportive and safe environment, I experienced the transformative power of self-healing, true self-love, and self-worth after years of absence. Inspired by my ongoing healing journey, I transitioned into becoming a Tolman Health Coach.
My passion for emotional healing stems from my graduation with Honours in Psychology in the 90s and a desire for more holistic approaches than mainstream offerings. I eagerly anticipate continuing my education in emotional clearing techniques from the Tolman methodology and obtaining certification in Breathwork. Through releasing negative beliefs and clearing past traumas alongside the 7 Principles of Health, I’ve witnessed firsthand how current physical illnesses can be healed.

As I continue to navigate my own path to well-being, my mission is to pass on this knowledge for healing and work with those ready to make changes and find relief while holding a safe and loving space throughout their journey.
